Terms and Conditions for Orders via www.gofrex.com
Below we would like to present our terms and conditions, which form the basis for preparing and fulfilling your purchases.
On the website www.gofrex.com, we offer you the purchase of products from the company Gofrex.
1. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery of Goods
1.1 On www.gofrex.com, contracts are concluded exclusively in Polish. The contracting party is GOFREX Maciej Kowalski, Magdalena Moscicka-Kowalska civil partnership with its registered office in Ostrowiec 10, 05-651 Chynow.
1.2 Clicking the “confirm order” button constitutes placing a binding order for the products in the shopping cart. We confirm the order by email immediately after you place your order. The binding contract is concluded upon your receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that products ordered by you will be shipped after you have paid their full price (subject to point 3.2 below) and shipping costs, unless these are covered by us in accordance with point 2.2 below.
1.3 We fulfill orders within Poland. If a delivery time is given in business days, this means all days from Monday through Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.
2. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Express Shipping
2.1 Prices applicable are those offered at the time of placing the order. The prices offered are final prices, meaning they include VAT at the currently applicable rate. Until full payment of the purchase price is made, the goods remain our property.
2.2 Shipping costs are paid by the party designated during the ordering process in our store.
2.3 For some orders, we offer express shipping. During the ordering procedure, you will be informed whether express shipping is available for your order and what it costs. If you choose express shipping, the goods will be delivered no later than within 2 business days. In case this delivery deadline is exceeded, you will of course receive a refund of the shipping costs.
3. Payments
3.1 We generally offer the following payment methods: cash on delivery, fast online transfer (Przelewy24.pl), credit card, and PayPal. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to offer others instead. Please remember that we only accept payments made from bank accounts maintained within the European Union (EU). You bear all financial transaction costs.
3.2 When purchasing with a credit card, your credit card account will only be charged upon shipment of your order by us.
3.3 You hereby consent to receiving information about credits to your account exclusively in electronic form.
4. Discount Coupons and Their Use
4.1 Discount coupons are vouchers that cannot be purchased but are issued only as part of promotional campaigns and have a specified validity period.
4.2 Discount coupons can only be used within a specified time frame and only for one order. Some brands may be excluded from promotional campaigns. Discount coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Please note that discount coupons may be subject to a minimum purchase value.
4.3 The value of the goods must not be less than the amount on the discount coupon. Any difference in the case of a higher value of goods may be settled by payment made using one of the offered methods. The discount coupon cannot be redeemed for cash and is not interest-bearing. It is not possible to receive a refund for the discount coupon if the goods are returned in whole or in part.
4.4 Discount coupons can only be used before completing the ordering procedure. Later use is not possible. Discount coupons cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise agreed, multiple discount coupons cannot be combined.
4.5 If you use a discount coupon during your purchase, we reserve the right to charge the original price for the goods you keep if—due to your withdrawal from the contract—the total order value falls below the value of the discount coupon.
5. Statutory Consumer Right* to Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for Gofrex Products
If you purchase Gofrex products as a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract:
First and foremost, we want to inform you that when returning goods, you may use the return form attached to your order or available for printing in your customer account. If you do not have access to a printer, have trouble downloading the form, or need a new return form, you can also obtain it through our customer service. Please help us avoid additional costs by always sending returns with a return form.
Instructions Regarding the Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you who is not a carrier takes possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose; however, it is not mandatory.
You may complete and send us the withdrawal form or make and send any other clear statement of your decision electronically using the contact form on our website. If you use this option, we will promptly send you (e.g., by email) confirmation of receipt of your statement. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Contract Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we are obliged to promptly, but no later than fourteen days from the date of receiving your notification of withdrawal, refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that may arise if you choose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) if you cancel the entire order; if only part of the purchased goods is returned, then only the value of those goods will be refunded. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction unless we explicitly agree on a different payment method with you.
Under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for this. However, we may refuse to refund payments received from you until we receive the returned goods. You are obliged to send back or deliver the goods to us promptly, but no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the fourteen-day period expires. In all cases, return shipping costs are borne by you. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Non-Acceptance of Shipment
1. Failure to accept a shipment does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.
2. In case of return of the shipment to the Seller due to non-acceptance, the Seller will refund payments reduced by actual shipping costs incurred to deliver to the Consumer and return shipping costs.

6. Refunds
All refunds are processed automatically to the account used by you for payment. In case of payment by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the account from which the transfer was made. For payments made via PayPal, PayU, Przelewy24 or by credit card, refunds will be issued to the linked PayPal, PayU, Przelewy24 account or credit card account. If you used a gift card during purchase, an appropriate amount will be refunded to your balance and can be used for future purchases.
7. Statutory Liability for Product Defects
7.1 We commit to delivering products free from defects. 7.2 In the event of any defects in products ordered through www.gofrex.com, we bear statutory liability under the warranty for defects pursuant to Articles 556 and following of the Act of April 23, 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016, item 380, consolidated text, as amended).
8. Complaints
8.1 Any complaints regarding products purchased in our store, as well as the processing of your order, should be submitted by email to sklep@gofrex.com or through the Customer Service Office by phone or electronically (email). The contact details of the Customer Service Office are provided in section 11 below. You may also report any issues with the return shipment pickup by courier in the same way.
8.2 In some cases, we may ask you to send us photos of the products subject to the complaint.
8.3 Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receiving a complete complaint submission. You will be promptly notified of any deficiencies in your complaint submission. Along with such notification, you will receive information on how to complete the missing elements in your complaint submission.
8.4 Please note that the following product damages are not subject to complaints:
– natural wear of non-stick coating;
– replaceable parts, e.g., heating elements;
– mechanical damages (abrasion, scratches, spills) occurring during your use of the products, as well as damages resulting from lack of or improper maintenance;
– damages caused by using devices contrary to their intended purpose;
8.5 We also inform you that you have the option to use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims according to the Online Dispute Resolution procedure developed by the European Commission available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show .

10.2 You can easily archive your order details by downloading the terms and conditions and saving the summary information of your order found on the last page of your order during the checkout process in the online store using the “Save As” function in your web browser; you can also wait for the order confirmation, which we will additionally send to you by email after completing the ordering process to the address you provided. This order confirmation email contains all essential details of your order, a template withdrawal form, and a link to these terms and conditions, and it can be easily printed or saved using an email client.
