The dough for Corn Dogs was prepared according to the original American recipe. Thanks to the use of corn and rice flour in secret proportions, you will always get a perfectly crunchy crust. The powder spreads quickly and leaves no lumps. The finished powder will make the preparation process easier and faster. Ingredients: whole wheat flour, corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, whey powder (from MILK), Egg powder, sugar, raising agents: E 450, E 500; glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E 472b and E 472a; skimmed MILK powder, salt, thickening agent: E 415, E 466. The product may contain soy.
Nutritional value in 100g: energy value 1515kJ / 358 kcal, fat 2.9g, including saturated fatty acids 1.6g, carbohydrates 75g, including sugars 7.4g, fiber 2.3g, protein 7.3g, salt 0.73g.
Method of preparing the dough. Pour 1kg of the mixture into a vessel add 1l of water once 300ml of vegetable oil. Mix for a few minutes until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained.
Preparation method 1: Pour the batter into the molds of the Corn Dogs device, then arrange the sausages, insert a stick and pour the batter again. Close the molds and bake the temperature from 180 to 200 ° C during 3 to 5 minutes.
Preparation method 2: Pour the batter into a high dish dip the sausages in the batter and deep fry in oil at 190 ° C for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
