Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shortcrust pastry mix with 200 g of cold butter. Quickly knead the dough until smooth.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to about 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) thick and line a tart pan or cut shapes for cookies.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
- Cool the dough before further decorating or serving.
