To prepare the cake, you’ll additionally need: 100ml of water and 600g of eggs.
Whisk all ingredients for about 5 minutes at high speed (with a mixer or a manual balloon whisk) until smooth. Bake at 190°C for about 40 minutes (depending on weight).
