Chocolate Flakes are small pieces of chocolate that will enrich desserts with taste and texture, they are made of the highest quality chocolate. The product will be ideal as a sprinkle for decorating: cakes, ice cream waffles pancakes, cakes and desserts and any other confectionery baked goods. The size of the flakes varies and ranges between 1mm-15mm. We also offer flakes in the following flavors: milk chocolate, dessert chocolate.

Ingredients: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable (palm kernel) fats, skimmed milk powder (8%), lactose (from milk), emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), glucose syrup, surface rhodium (E904), flavoring agent (vanilla). Gluten-free. Application: decoration. Product for professional use. Store in a dry place (max 20°C).
