Rosan Desinfect Plus Disinfectant for cleaning and sanitizing ice cream machines and whipped cream machines. ROYAL’s Rosan Desinfect Plus is used both in the ice cream industry and in the ice cream industry for disinfecting and washing ice cream machines, ice cream cutters and pasteurizers, vending machines and Italian ice cream machines, swizzlers.
How to wash an Italian ice cream machine and auger machine?
To wash the ice cream machine, you need to dilute 150 ml of Rosan Desinfect Plus in 5l of clean water at 40-50 degrees C. The amount given is for one cylinder (2 cylinders = 300 ml of agent for 10 l) Then pour the liquid into the machine emptied of ice cream mass and turn on the washing function. The product removes bacteria and fungi from the inside of the machine in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we pour the liquid out of the ice cream machine. The next step is to rinse the machine with warm, drinkable water (about 2.5l per cylinder). We repeat the activity every day.
