A quick way to make delicious crispy buns or bread. About 12 buns come out of a 0.5 kg package.
Ingredients: wheat flour, 30% rye flour, oat bran, flaxseed, oat flakes, shelled sunflower seeds, salt, inulin, glucose, 0,7% rye sourdough powder (fermented rye flour), barley malt extract, stabilizers: calcium carbonate , E472e; flour processing agent; ascorbic acid. The product may contain milk, egg and soy.
Recipe: 0.5 kg mix, water 300 ml, fresh yeast 25 g or 8 g instant.
