Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E472b, E472a; reduced fat cocoa powder, color: E172; raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt. The product may contain eggs and soy.
To prepare the dough: 100 g water, 600 g eggs.
Making: Mix all ingredients for about 5 minutes on high speed, with a mixer type of rod, until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Bake: sponge cake 180 °C about 40 minutes; roulade 200 °C about 9 minutes.
