Ready-made Biscuit Waffle Dough Classic | 1kg.

Sponge cake for waffles 1 kg in response to suggestions from our customers we created a 1 kg package of our bestselling mixes.  The package is enough for about 20 waffles and is ideal for baking waffles on professional equipment as well as at home. Thanks to selected ingredients Waffles will come out delicious and crispy!
To make the batter you just need to add 1 L of water and 250 ml of oil or clarified butter.

Method of preparation: Pour 1 kg of powder into a pot, add 1 L of water and 250 ml of vegetable oil. Mix for a few minutes until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved. Bake in a hot waffle iron until golden brown (3-4 minutes).

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, sugar, whole wheat starch, EGG powder, skimmed milk powder, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt, flavor. The product may contain soy.
