It is quick to prepare and we can make it whenever we feel like it. It is tasty, aromatic, soft, and its big advantage is that it keeps its freshness for a long time. Ingredients: SEED flour, SEED starch, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonate; starch, emulsifiers:E472b, E477, E471; glucose syrup, dehydrated MILK powder, flavor, thickener: xanthan gum; preservative: potassium starch. The product may contain eggs and soy.
Recipe: cakes cake 1kg, eggs 1.2kg, sugar 1.1kg, oil 0.95kg, water 0.1kg.
With fruit: 1kg fruitcake, eggs 1.2kg, sugar 0.75kg, oil 0.55kg, fruit 1.2kg.
Making: mix all ingredients with a mixer ( about 6 min.) on the fastest speed until smooth. Bake at 180°C. Time about 40 minutes (400g surplus).
With fruit: mix all ingredients ( without fruit) with a mixer ( about 6 minutes) on the fastest speed until smooth. Mix half of the fruit with the batter, put it on the baking tray. Spoon the rest of the fruit over the batter. Bake at 170°C. Time about 60 minutes ( excess dough with fruit 1.9 kg).

Recipe for one baking pan 30x20cm: Keks dough 0.4 kg, sugar 0.29 kg, eggs 0.47 kg, oil 0.22 kg, fruit 0.25 kg.
