Flakes Dessert Chocolate | Sprinkles

Chocolate flakes are small pieces of chocolate that will enrich desserts with taste and texture, they are made of the highest quality chocolate. The product will be ideal as a sprinkle for decorating: ice cream waffles pancakes, cakes and desserts and any other confectionery baked goods. The size of the flakes varies and ranges between 1mm-15mm. We also offer flakes in chocolate flavor: white and milk chocolate. Semi-finished product based on milk and cocoa – milk sprinkles.

Dessert chocolate with 48% cocoa content, and natural vanilla extract from Madagascar.

Ingredients: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable (palm kernel) fats, nonfat cocoa powder (16%), lactose (from milk), emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), glucose syrup, flavoring agent (vanilla). May contain milk and nuts. Gluten-free. Application: decoration. Product for professional use. Store in a dry place (max 20°C).
