DECOR UP Cream for UHT Siphon/Automatic 1L x 12

Decor Up Italian Vegetable Cream will work well in a cafe, ice cream shop, pastry shop as well as in the comfort of your kitchen. Its delicious sweet taste will be perfect for waffles, cakes as well as coffees. The product is suitable for whipping with a mixer and in a siphon.

Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (palm kernel fat), oils (rapeseed, sunflower, corn, soybean, in variable proportions), sugar, stabilizers (E420II, E463), milk proteins, emulsifiers (E472e,E322 soy lecithin), salt, flavorings, beta-carotene color, gluten-free.

Storage: Store at a temperature of +2 °C to +20 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator, consume within 3-4 days.

Usage: cool the cream to between +5C and +10C before whipping. Whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is obtained.
