Cupcake mix is quick to make and strongly chocolaty thanks to additional pieces of chocolate flakes.
With 1 Kg of the mix you will make as many as 30 servings of cupcakes ! 

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, reduced fat cocoa powder, modified starch, milk whey powder, modified starch, milk whey powder, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E472a, E472b; skimmed milk powder; chocolate 1% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, reduced-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithins, flavor), raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; salt, flavor. The product may contain eggs.
Recipe: mix 1 Kg, eggs 350 g ( about 7 medium-sized eggs), Oil 400 g Water 150 g.
Making: Mix all ingredients (about 4 min) at medium speed with a flat mixer until smooth. Bake at 190°C for about 25-30 minutes depending on the weight of the muffins.
