Chocolate Babka 1 kg is a very simple to make dessert just add water, oil and eggs! Its delicious chocolate flavor will satisfy the palate of any gourmand. It is an ideal idea for a quick cake for birthdays, name days or Easter.

Ingredients: sugar, PURE flour, reduced fat cocoa powder, PURE starch, modified starch, 3% chocolate (sugar, cocoa pulp, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: lecithins (from SOY)), whey powder (from MILK), glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E472b, E427a; raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; skimmed MILK powder, salt, flavor.

The product may contain eggs.

Recipe: chocolate muffin 1000 g, Eggs 350 g, Oil 400 g, Water 200 g.

Making: Mix all ingredients (about 4 minutes) at medium speed with a flat mixer until smooth.

Bake at 190°C for about 35 minutes.

Note: In a batch oven, bake the first 15 minutes with the barrel half-open.
