Dough Naleśniki & Pancake’s 2w1 is a blend with perfectly matched flavor parameters and the highest quality ingredients. The 2-in-1 formula allows you to make classic pancakes and American pancake from one mix by changing only the proportions of water and oil. Your pancakes and American pancake will be fluffy while maintaining a crispy crust. The powder spreads quickly and leaves no lumps. Method of preparation: Pour water into a pot, add the mixture and oil, mix until smooth and uniform. Pour the batter in portions onto a heated frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Pancakes: 1 kg of mixture, 1,6 kg of water, 20-40 g of oil.
Pancakes: 1 kg of mixture, 1 kg of water, 50-100 g of oil.
