Ingredients: sugar, whole wheat flour, whole wheat starch, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E 472b, E 472a; skimmed MILK powder, flavors, thickener: E 415; acidity regulator: citric acid; colors: carotenes.Product may contain egg and soy.

Recipe: orange babka 1000 g, Eggs 450 g, Oil 400 g, Water 100 g.

Making: Mix all ingredients (about 4 minutes) at medium speed with a flat mixer until smooth.

Bake at a temperature of about 190°C. Time about 35 minutes.
