The dough for black bubble waffles is a perfectly selected mix recipe and the highest quality ingredients. The deep black color was achieved by adding roasted coconut fiber. This is a dye commonly used in the production of black ice cream waffles and Italian and American ice cream mixes. Your bubble waffles will be prone to rolling while maintaining a crispy crust. Method of preparation: Pour 1 kg of powder into a vessel, add 1 l of water and 250 ml of refined canola oil. Mix for a few minutes until a smooth, uniform consistency is obtained. Bake at 180°C for about 3 minutes.

To obtain waffle “cones” immediately after baking, roll up.
